What’s in a name? Plenty, when it comes to GSA Schedule compliance. That is because the former Contractor Assistance Visit has been renamed the Contractor Assessment. The shift from “assistance” and “visit” reflects the evolution of the review and the heightened compliance challenges facing GSA Schedule contractors.

Surviving this tougher assessment requires three things: First, you must not overlook the latest contract requirements. Sounds obvious, but many contractors are unaware how their responsibilities have changed. Second, you must have the right compliance systems in place. And third, you need to know what areas will be evaluated and what documentation you must be prepared to provide.

Here is how to do it all before you are facing your next assessment.

Register now for Surviving the GSA Schedule Contractor Assessment: What They’ll Test and How to Comply.

In this 90-minute webinar, two GSA Schedule experts from Aronson’s Government Contract Services Group will provide you with tips and best practices for getting through your next Contractor Assessment without having compliance mistakes lead to a negative outcome.

Know what to expect and what to do now.  You will learn how the breadth and scope of Contractor Assessments are changing, and what major areas of contract compliance will be tested. You will get tips and best practices on what type of interaction to expect (virtual or onsite) and what you can do today to enhance your compliance systems and be prepared to provide specific documentation.  Plus, you will have the chance to ask your own questions during the Q&A portion of the webinar.

Reserve your space now for guidance on how to tighten GSA Schedule contract compliance and troubleshoot your next Contractor Assessment, including:

  • Compliance best practices for implementing and documenting your policies and procedures
  • Critical elements of compliant sales reporting and Basis of Award (BOA) monitoring systems
  • Compliance concerns that are specific to products and services
  • Virtual assessments vs. onsite visits: how GSA determines which you’ll have and when
  • Documentation likely to be requested by the GSA Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA)
  • How the scope and purpose of a Contractor Assessment compares to an Office of Inspector General (OIG) audit

Don’t let gaps in GSA Schedule compliance put you at risk for contract cancellation! Here’s your chance to learn how to look at your systems in exactly the same way IOAs do—and in time to fix any problems before they arrive.
