Bryan King

Bryan King focuses his practice on federal contracting matters, including handling all aspects of bid protests and appeals. He has represented numerous government contractors before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Government Accountability Office (GAO), Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Hearings and appeals, the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals, and other government agencies on procurement related issues. Bryan’s practice includes representing both large and small federal contractors throughout the contracting process, advising small businesses from HUBZone, 8(a), Woman-Owned, and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) SBA programs on issues specific to small business government contractors, representing government contractors in bid protest proceedings, representing government contractors in litigation proceedings, and advising federal contractors and subcontractors in matters related to corporate administration. Bryan has extensive experience in the Washington, D.C. area, beginning his career with clerkships at the SBA Office of General Counsel and the Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Division.
